At GhostLine Kitchens we make safety our highest priority, for both you and your customers. To that end, we take every step to ensure that you have a clean, sanitary space to prepare your food. Here are a few of the many practices you’ll find in place at our facility:

  • A robust Food Safety Program reviewed and updated regularly

  • Staff trained in cGMP best practices

  • Daily cleaning of all common spaces and shared food prep areas

  • Cleaning verification between workstation bookings

  • Environmental Monitoring Program to ensure that the facility is staying free of contaminants

SECURITY

We want you to feel comfortable that your operation is secure when you’re here or away, so we have included the following security measures for your peace of mind:

  • Well-lit parking lot and exterior of building

  • Facility staffed nearly 24/7 daily, with regular checks for security incidents and abnormalities

  • Electronic Access Controls throughout the facility to limit access to only those who need to be there

  • A wide-sweeping surveillance system with virtually every inch of the facility covered, both inside and out

GhostLine is serious about food safety and regulatory compliance. To ensure you won’t have a problem with compliance, our Food Safety Program is modeled after GFSI standards and will be able to support the following regulatory and 3rd party certification needs:
