Food Trucks & Mobile Vendors
Do you need a Servicing Area Authorization (SAA) Contract* for your Food Vending Vehicle?
*formerly known as a CPF Contract
A Servicing Area Authorization (SAA) Contract with GhostLine Kitchens includes potable water, wastewater disposal, grease disposal, and other required servicing functions to be compliant with Mobile Food Vendor Licensing requirements.
Previously, mobile food vendors were required to maintain a CPF Contract. Under the new DSHS licensing framework, mobile food vendors are required to maintain a Servicing Area Authorization (SAA) Conract. While the terminology has changed, the underlying purpose remains the same: documenting the relationship between your Food Vending Vehicle (FVV) and GhostLine Kitchens to provide potable water, wastewater disposal, grease disposal, and other required servicing functions.
